I just love the look on her face in the first photo, that gaze is so intense.

I was going to Richard, but I'm not sure how long the "shock" will take to wear off me
Nope, that's all that hair your seeing Tom. She's thin as a rail!
Thanks for keeping up with her Denise
All I'll say is, the "benji" look has left the building!
Thanks for the comments!
This may take a while Mary, I'm not sure they returned my cute little dog
Bingo!!!
I was out-of-town when she got back from the groomer. I'm pretty sure I'm in some level of shock No way would I think this was my same dog...
My wife tells me that it's not the end of the world, that her hair WILL grow back. I don't mind the short hair on the body, but they should have stopped there!
Tater seems to be enjoying the cooler cut, as she is a little hot-box. She loved being out in the snow, but as the temps even climbed into the low 70's she was panting and finding the coolest place to lay.
I guess all will turn out OK, I'm like you were though, a bit in shock!
BTW, this is also our first dog to ever get groomed.
Thanks for the comments Lauren!
When I said that Tater looks to be a bit of a 'rounder, I was refering to her personality....not her girth.:D A 'rounder is one who has a bit of a wild streak to them, someone who knows the secrets of having a good time. They've generally " been around " the adventuresome side of life and are therefore known as " 'rounders ". Fact is, I've been called one myself. I look on it as a badge of honor.
Tom
Hair cuts changes their 'look'.
It will grow out fast .... Look forward to seeing Tater sporting her 'new doo'

Ooops...
Well, in that case, Thanks Tom
You'll get past the trauma, Randy. And just a couple more rides on the bike or in your truck and you'll fall in love with your "new" pup just as much as the first time!
Any after pics yet?

You can still use the camera yes? No excuses. You've had time to
settle in.
:lol4
Her hair is starting to grow out some ~~~ I even gave her a pat on the head the other day
(BTW, ya'll know I'm kidding, right?)
Michael,
This is just tough love for ya'll...
There are some things that the eyes see, that there is no "erase" function for. rofl
Are you withholding the luv? I am some disappointed.
Just soooooo unexpected. Wheres the rubs in all this D
First your little buddy gets a whack a du... then comes the tough love
stuff. What a hard case :cry I miss the ol Randy already
