Went for a hike up in mountains near home (10mins) to a fav place of mine Minnewaska State Park to see the water raging off the mountain. I was up there last week and most of it was still frozen. Its flowin now!
1.
This was a three shot HDR. Shot handheld all day and used a tree here.

3.
Sheldon Falls. Another 3 shot bracketed. This is a serious rage and is typical only for the next month or so.
4.
The lighting here wasnt anywhere close to decent when I arrived, I continued with bracketing here to make the most of it and decided to go B&W in PP.
5.
This is the view of the ridge I was on today from my ride home. Had to stop for the barn shot! I pass it all the time and have always wanted to stop. Sky was a little forgiving.
Thanks for taking a peek!

Thanks Trey! Yeah, I used a tree and had my 20-35mm & hood on. Gives me good side support for resting against trees. For today, I decided not to carry the tripod. Took about 15/each to get one I was happy with..
