Scripps Pier

These are a few shots i took at scripps pier in La Jolla, Ca. I went there on a Saturday Sunday a few weeks ago to get some different looks. On Saturday it was pretty overcast and Sunday was quite a bit clearer. C&C always appreciated. Thx!

    #2 has a great almost mystical effect! Also you did great job with your choice of grays, tones in this pictures. thumb.gif

    Nice set but I really like #2. Wonderful side light on the pier that really sets it off.

    What a great location you found! My favorite photos were #2 for the power and #5 for the color.
    What type of filters did you use for #5?

    Thanks for the great comments everyone. I don't think i used any filters for that shot...i was originally using a ND400 and some other GND's but at that point i didnt need any to capture the skies colors...

    Big, BIG fan of #3. Has an eerie, almost apocalyptic feel to it while being graceful at the same time. Great work!

    Thanks Brett. I have entered that shot to our local fair (San Diego county fair) and am waiting to see if it will be accepted.
