Help me graft the tip of her nose, please

This is just the sort of photoshop thing I'm really really bad at. Please can someone help me give her poor nose a little room to breath on the right? I tried various grafts from the top of her nose, but they don't look good.

if you are willing to work on it, work on the original, please. Greatest would be to post your edit and a summary of steps. Don't worry about color, contrast, and the like. I can fix once the nose if repaired.

Quick and dirty:
- Used the lasso to select most of her right nostril.
- New layer via copy
- Free Transform to flip and then distort the copy to look roughly like the left nostril would look.
- Added a layer mask to try and get the shape right and to keep the repair layer off the underlying image (I found it easier to leave the copy on top
)
- Ran a levels adjustment on the repair layer to lighten it up a bit.
- Touched up the mask some more
Rest of the image is here.nice job, cletus

Isn't she a beautiful girl?
Rutt,
For a guy that disdains smilies, that's an awfully cute statement...

I already told you my plan. Now that I've created you in my image, I'm going to retire.
Andy, need your help here. Can you modify his post and add a smiley? It's screaming for one.

I get to it tomorrow.
You'll never see the join. This one took me about 5 minutes.. spose we could use it as a kinda tutorial.. of sorts..
Lynn
Anyway, what do you know about getting Lynn to do what you want?
See, Rutt? That's why I didn't answer...I knew you were getting into hot water. Anyway, I've been too busy bending Gus to my will.
Lynn, very nice work on the nose.
Cletus, you too.

Sorry, Lynn. I was crass. The concept of Andy inserting a smiley into a post of mine for the second time in less than a week was just a little too much for me.
Let me say it the way I should have said it.
Lynn was kind enough to offer to help with this shot, and I'm very grateful. We share a love of dogs, and I knew she would like to know how much I love my dog while she worked on my shot. Sometimes it's a very good thing to let your hair down and relate to people you like on slightly embarrassingly level.
Thank you Lynn.
best i can do for the moment is this:
