Been meaning to post some pictures up for a while. Just looking for comments or any suggestions on how to make these better.

Those look rather spectacular to me. The exposures look spot on and the action is frozen and crystal clear.

Did you get to hook into the strobe system or was the arena lit quite well?

Thanks! These were all taken with my D300s. No strobes (arena has decent lighting).

I personally would slow your shutter just a tad for some shots. To make the hockey stick show some motion blur when the player swings it. Go easier on the saturation too, this can appeal to some, it just what I would do.
Some of your images look a tad over contrasty, blow out the highlights, perhaps try toning it down. Also, I tend to like photos of the players at their level, and not from above.

Otherwise, you're doing a pretty good job so far.

Fred thanks for the advise. I agree with you on the slower shutter speed. I'm actually working for the team that these pictures are taken. They are using the pics for print and web they prefer no blur so that's what they get. I also agree with you and the contrast and have been working on dialing that in. Thanks again for the advice.
