Lost Control of A Gallery

One of my galleries has gone from jecottrell.smugmug.com/category/gallery to www.smugmug.com/gallery/gallery number.

Any ideas on what I've done?

Turn Hide Owner off in gallery settings.

I thought I had checked all the settings against another gallery to see if it was a setting issue. I missed that one.
