    Great action shots. I like the second one, action and definition combined.
    I think a tighter crop will really help this one.

    Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Here it is, same subject size but tighter crop. I agree, this is a better shot - it shows the player well but still has enough room to show just how wide open the defense left him xzicon_smile_cool.gif

    I normally try to crop to 8x10@300 and leave enough room so that people can get good prints at 8x10, 4x6 etc without cutting too much subject off.

    I'm not sure if that's a good technique or not; what do you all think... size & crop with prints in mind or for "best" image?
