LR 3 Publish Services - Smart Gallery Help

Greetings All,
Earlier today I spent 2.5 hrs on the phone with the "support" folks at Adobe concerning an Issue I'm having with Lightroom. At least half of that was spent on a "hold" of one form or another . :boid
Upon completion of their useless, sophomoric, troubleshooting, they decided that my problem needed to be "escalated" to the next level. Anyway, I decided to toss my issue out here to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue.
When in the smugmug, publish services panel, here's what happens . . . .
I right click to "create smart gallery", and the that's generated is not sized correctly. The bottom third or so is not visible. If I try to resize the window . . . by moving the mouse to the upper corners until it turns into the "two-headed arrow thingy", and start downsizing it . . . the window disappears completely. Once it disappears, I need to hit the ESC key--which I assume is equivalent to clicking the "Cancel" button (which I can't see. . .is there a save & cancel button at the bottom of window?) in order to continue using the program because it thinks the open window must be either saved or canceled before any other operations can continue. This issue also arises if I try choose the "Edit Smart Gallery" option also.
Additionally, in the smugmug panel, when I chose "create gallery", that window barely fits. I can see the save and cancel buttons at the bottom of it, but the bottom border of the window is not visible.
I can see and enter data/choose options in every field to the line that reads "Display camera information" in the "Look_Feel" tab. Next to that tab are 4 other tabs labeled; "Security_Privacy", "Social", "Sharpening", and " Printing". I can't or access anything below that!
None of the other windows have this issue . . .at least none that I have come across yet. I can see the entire window and all it's borders.
Any Thoughts? :scratch

I'm Tyree, one of the Support Heroes at Smugmug. We're sorry for the trouble with the Lightroom Publisher.
I've tried to duplicate the problem you are having by changing screen resolutions to get the smart gallery window to match what you are seeing, but in every resolution, I can move the window and see the entire window on both Mac and PC platforms. Please see this screen capture for Mac: http://screencast.com/t/eaB6r4ZdPX See this screen capture for windows: http://screencast.com/t/puwifxks
There are create and cancel buttons at the bottom of the window and when you press escape, it should close the window as you have experienced. The tasks in the create or edit smart gallery windows do need to be completed before any other tasks can take place.
There may be a issue with the Lightroom install. The current version is 3.3. It may help to backup your lightroom catalog(s), and reinstall the most current version of Lightroom.
If you have any additional questions, please email us over on the Smugmug help desk. help@smugmug.com
We'll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

If that dialog doesn't fit on your screen, you should deselect the option 'Show Advanced Gallery Dialog'
After doing that, you Smart Gallery screen will look like this...
to access the gallery settings, click the 'Quick Settings' list and select 'Advanced Settings' and a new window will be displayed ontop like this..
Hope this helps,

David - I noticed a new check box in the version of the SmugMug Publisher you are using.
In addition to the Sync Hierarchy checkbox, you have a Sync Photos checkbox
How might I gain access to that magic checkbox???
