Help request???

Yesterday around 12:30 pm est I sent a question to help@smugmug.com the page stated that they were currently responding at about 2 hours. I also included my cell phone number in case the discussion would be easier in person.

I have not received a response yet

    Hi John, indeed, we replied about 90mins after you wrote us, it's ticket #251311 - perhaps it's stuck in your spam folder? Let us know if you don't find it.

    Given her response...
    If I customize the trial site, would it be possible to abandon my primary site when I'm done and just make my trial site the real site when I'm ready?
    I plan to redo all the galleries and content, therefore it would not require smugmug to move any galleries. I would just rebuild the trial site.

    We've no way of using up the remaining time on your existing account on the new account - and you'd lose all your SEO and indexed links - IMO it's best to keep your existing account.
