I spent a wonderful couple of hours in this forest the yesterday. The brooks are running strong and spring is on the way despite the knee-deep snow.
The light was great for bringing up depth in the woods. The snow was really mushy and even in snowshoes, I sank a few times. It was great though. Probably the last good winter image I'll get this year.
