I need a Smugmug screen saver...

I would really like to find a Windows (and optionally Mac) screen saver that can use my smugmug account (a specific album or set of albums) as its source for images.
Some of my requirements:
- I'd like to be able to package it up pre-configured with my name and set of galleries so that the end user only has to install the screen saver.
- I'd like to be able to change that configuration from time to time (to hand out a different screen saver) without having to go back to the author to get a new customized installation.
- I'd like it to cache the most recent set of images so that the screen saver startup time is minimized, however, I'd like it to pull the latest images from my galleries and delete any images that have been removed from the galleries (so that I can keep the screen saver 'fresh' with new images).
- I'd like it to support multiple monitor systems (a different image on each monitor, alternating, etc).
I definitely do not mind paying for a solution that fits these needs. But I won't buy it if the licensing is "per-seat" licensing, it needs to be a one time fee.
I've tried smugsaver. It is part of the way there. It requires that the end user do the configuration (grandma will never get it). It's slow to start up the screen saver (contacts smugmug before it starts). And shows the same image on both monitors in a two-monitor system. I contacted the author many many months ago without a response, so that's why I'm asking publicly here.
Any software engineers out there willing to put together a screen saver for me?

I have not tried FoxSaver but most of the people that I'll be sending this to will be using Internet Explorer so Foxsaver is out of the question.
I really, really want a screen saver. (with the conditions I outlined above)
I'm willing to pay if someone is willing to create it.
It's been a year .... has anyone come up with a new screen saver solution?
(see my requirements at the top - I'm willing to pay for the right solution)

Is there something similar for Win7?
I am (and most of the people I know are) Windows based, so my first requirement is for a Windows solution with a "similar" Mac solution if available being a nice benefit.
