Crystal River, FL

Was down in Florida last month for some unfortunate circumstances. However, seems that when times are the worst, there is beauty to be had. Family friend let us stay at their house on the water at Crystal River and was able to capture a beautiful, foggy morning. Visited the local state park as well. Thought I would share some of this.

4 local fisherman playing Simon Says with this Pelican. This went on for a few minutes and was entertaining to watch.

6 manatee, these were all over the place and are quite large. First time to see them up close and personal.



7 a neighborhood stroll in Ocala after the real reason we were in Florida. Haven't been on this street since I was a teenager on spring break from college

You have quite the variety here. My favorites are the first two; but I am a sucker for foggy pictures. I like the mood going on there. The pelican shots are funny - I can imagine how fun it was to watch.

Thank you very much. The first pic I printed on the bay photo metal mount and mailed it to the owner of the house as a thank you. Those metal mounts look fantastic! My first time ordering on that medium.
