Account renewal fail?

My account renewal passed ~10 days ago. I have not been charged yet.
I have been in contact with, and received response from folks at the SmugMug Help Desk.
"We've actually had a recent surge in account renewals failing. Our master engineer of accounts is taking a close look at this and will try to get this resolved as soon as possible.
"
Anyone else out there with this issue?

    Hi, yes we have a bug and we're working it out - it's affecting a small number of renewals, we'll get it sorted out and we're sorry for the issue. I'm sorry for the trouble, your account is not in jeopardy so please have no worries.
