Account renewal fail?

My account renewal passed ~10 days ago. I have not been charged yet.
I have been in contact with, and received response from folks at the SmugMug Help Desk.
"We've actually had a recent surge in account renewals failing. Our master engineer of accounts is taking a close look at this and will try to get this resolved as soon as possible. "
Anyone else out there with this issue?
