My thoughts too. You might be able to bring up the exposure in post a little. Maybe your monitor is set too bright. Cool shot otherwise.

Looks like old Kodacolor to me.

I think there is some excessive JPG compression also making it look less sharp. Try maximum quality, especially at this size.
