Well, so many things have kept me away from photography for a while but I'm getting much more opportunity to take some shots again now. Hi to all new people here and hi to everyone whom may remember me
So, FINALLY! Something out there in the garden has finally popped its head up to say "hi guysh" . What with temperatures of -13 over winter destroying our cordylines, bottlebrushes etc. the garden has been somewhat bleak. However a lovely day today brought out some beasties.
This little Lady was quite stubborn at first

First shield bug of the year. I believe this one is otherwise known as the Forest Bug

And then something totally random and non-bug like in the slightest .
