Sub-Categories not showing up

I just spent 3 days at a dog show, I am trying to upload the photos to a new subcategory: Ace Agility CPE Trial March 18-20, 2011. I created the subcategory for my main Agility category.
I went to upload galleries to my new sub category, but it does not exist!
I went: Upload> Upload to Existing Gallery> Agility> and ACE Agility CPE trial should have been in the list, but it is not. The other two agility trials are listed.
What do I have to do to get this to worK? THIS should not be that hard. I have a business to run, I do not have time to baby sit a website.
Sorry for the rant, but this is the start of show season, and I have a show every weekend from now to Mid May. I cannot have my website not allow me to upload photos.
Thanks for any help,
Penny J Wills

Subcategories contain galleries.
Galleries contain photos.
If you created a subcategory, you would then need to assign a gallery (or galleries) to the subcategory. You will need to upload the photos to a gallery, not to the subcategory.

Thank you so much Denise for your quick response. I just needed somebody to hit me upside the head with a brick.
Thanks again!
