Pricing not working

Trying to set the pricing for Bay Photo by using a percentage and applying it to all products, but when I click apply, nothing happens. Any thoughts as to why?

    Hi

    Adding a % or $ increase is a two step process, because you have to tell us what price you want to make the increase to. So, typically, the first step is to apply the SmugMug default prices to all products, hit APPLY, then apply your increase, APPLY and save.

    I'm trying to price portfolio for Bay Photo. All prices are at 0 (zero)
    I select apply this pricing: smugmug default
    to: All Products

    and hit apply

    Nothin happens...

    I've done it numerous times now. I logged out, closed my browser and logged back in same thing

    Any ideas?

    Hi John, sorry about that - we introduced a bug there somehow, and we're on to fixing it. I hope we can get it squared away fast.

    It seems to have started working this morning, then stopped again.

    john, we fixed the bug yesterday and everything is working fine for me. what gallery is giving you trouble? what browser are you using?
