    Thought about it, but I'm at my "fat" state right now. I know how much he likes to see my six pack so I will take another one a couple months once I lean up again.

    Rey... Most of my life, I was a skinny guy, or Hard Gainer if you want to use the PC term so it's always difficult for me to put on size. I know, nice problem to have but you know how it goes... one is never content. Right now, I'm in the process of trying to put on more muscle. I'm lifting pretty heavy and eating around 4000 calories a day. I just hit 190 lbs and I will probably keep in on this training regimen for another 4 weeks. I will probably max at 195. My "fighting weight" is about 175. This time around, I think I can lean down to single digit body fat and still be at 180 or so which is perfect. I don't want to get any bigger because my wife doesn't like it and the size will interfere with the sports I do.

    HAHA... I think all of us have gone through this. I too thought Rey was a gal until I checked out his site. He's def a guy, dreads and all. I think it's the long hair in the avatar and the fact that he is such a nice person online. I think we just connect the two and assume he's a gal.
