By the way I had a hard time getting them into CMYK with colors that I liked. Will there ever be a single standard?

Why did you have to go to CMYK? What's wrong with tif of a good jpeg?? headscratch.gifne_nau.gif

    Thanks Don,

the magazine wanted either TIFF or JPEGs in CMYK as opposed to RGB. I use lightroom which doesn't handle CMYK at all so had to convert them using a freeware package. Let me tell you it takes a lot of trial and error to get the colors more or less where you want them. While I was doing this I e-mailed the contest organizers and they replied that I could send JPEG in RGB and they would convert them if they select some of my pics.

    At least I learned something.
