A cold, rainy, cloudy day on the Virginia coast. I only saw one other person walking the beach the whole time I was there. D300, Sigma 10- 20mm f/2.8, Induro tripod, and Nikon cable release. Exposure 1 sec at f/32 ISO 100. C&C welcomed as usual!

Beautiful! I like how there is a small but important triangle of sand in this comp, the clouds create nice complementary patterns and you have semi-soft green wave in the perfect spot. :D

    Travis-

Makes me wish I had some ocean to shoot! This shot makes me want more. I wish there was some more sand near the bottom and more of the wave leading to the right side of the frame.

The colors seem a bit over saturated to me but it still works. The blue is a little too blue and the wave is a little too green. That is just my opinion though.

Thanks for the comments y'all. @ Aaron, It was a pretty gray day and I decided to see what would happen if i pushed the colors a bit. I'll play with it some more to see what it looks like a bit more muted. I appreciate the critique!
