My site is down all day

www.justinuriahphotography.com has been down all day and it keeps taking me to the little starwars cartoon that says "these are not your photos". Not too sure why I cannot login. The tab at the top does say logout in which case I can but then when I try to login again it just takes me back to the cartoon.

Sometimes throughout the day today I've been getting page error 404. I get the same issue on multiple computers and even my mobile phone.

Please help as I have a ton of photos to upload. And too people are emailing me about my site wondering why it is down.

Chances are that your custom domain is not configured correctly. I'd suggest that you first verify that you can view and login to your site with the http://nickname.smugmug.com (you plug in your login name for nickname). If you can use the site that way, but can't with your custom domain, then you'll need to examine the configuration of your custom domain to correct any errors. If, even your nickname doesn't work, then I'd suggest contacting the help desk directly at http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal.

I have the same problem today. I haven't changed any of my configurations and I was able to upload a batch on Thursday with no problem.

When your custom domain is not configured properly, it may work sometimes, but not other times. If you want to resolve this, you should contact the help desk.
