Printing in B&W

A client has asked for her prints to be done in B&W. I have never done this before with either EZPrints or Bay. Has anyone used either and what was your method? Do I upload the B&W files and have Bay color correct them? Any advice would be appreciated.

Let's see a few of your samples (link them here). Print at either lab, but use true color for your BWs.

Thanks Andy. I really like Silver Efx Pro. Seems like a really nice way to convert to B&W.
