You should be able to click on it and change or delete it.

the "billions of happy..." text appears automatically when the post is created. When creating the post - there's no option to alter the "Billions.. " text because it doesnt appear when the link is posted?

Smugmug must pull the text from somewhere - or should i be posting the link differently, as present i copy the url from my browser title bar and paste in.

Paste the gallery link in the FB text area and it generates the thumb and
stuff below. Click the info and it will highlight then delete or change it to
your own description. I also delete the link that was pasted in text box and
    replace with text if needed.

I think to share link from Smugmug doesn't do this.

This text is fully and entirely influenced by your site meta data. If you have no gallery description, we'll use what you put in your site's meta in control panel - settings tab - if you have nothing there, Facebook uses SmugMug's meta (billions of happy photos).

So, use an album description or use your site wide meta thumb.gif

As I said here, there is no way to edit that description using the Smugmug FB
share link. Copy the gallery url and paste it in FB, then you can delete or edit
that description. Used here, you'll see edited descriptions on all gallery posts..

I pasted a gallery link (slideshow) into Facebook, and it correctly generated the text description from my gallery description. However, I noticed a typo and went back into Smugmug to correct it. I canceled my Facebook post and re-pasted the link. Even though the gallery description has been corrected in Smugmug, Facebook is still picking up the old, incorrect one...

I can manually edit the Facebook text, but this makes me concerned that the incorrect text is still lurking out there for a search engine or other tool to pick up, and isn't cleaned up appropriately everywhere. Any hints?
