wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowScriptAccess="always" allowNetworking="all" height="600" width="600"></embed></object>

this is what i copied off the help page. i have changed the album ID and album key in both spots. I must be missing something because when I hit save all I see is a shizam link.

i've tried both wordpress and blogger, and i'm in the html tab.

what am I missing??

    Did you get this from the share button? Try there.

    btw, using the gallery No. and key doesn't work. Are external links on?

    Use Share... Get a link... to get the correct code.

    On the gallery links page, copy the code from the slideshow line.

    that's not my gallery codes...it's the one in the example from the smugmug help site
    But when I try to embed mine and put the correct #s in it doesn't work. that's why i'm wondering if all i'm supposed to change are the album ID and Key

    In the object code your gallery No. and key go in two different places.

    UGH. just put it in on a html test site and it worked fine.

    So the issue seems to be with wordpress AND blogspot.

    Any ideas?

    Try using the Show off option to grab the slideshow code. I've used that to successfully embed a slideshow in a blog on blogger.

    On some of these sites they will not allow line breaks in the object code.
    Also watch out for spaces added where they shouldn't be. Your code, if copied, from post #1 has a couple of them.

    ...transpar ent=true&cros....
