upload link on gallery not working :(

So Im opening my empty gallery and click on the upload button..the page tries to open and close until it fails... Im using internet explorer 8... any ideas.. ive tried clearing the history and rebooting the browser... still not working.. help please I have photos i need to upload pronto!
