Bay Photo

Hi guys,


I had selected 'Bay Photo' as my default printer (as I did not want EZ to be my lab of choice). One of my clients ordered an expensive print this AM and I see that it's being printed by 'EZ'. :huh

I am a little disappointed at this. Is it possible to send this order to 'Bay' instead? I really don't want them to get the print from any lab, other than Bay. I will absorb the additional shipping cost (if they are different - I don't want the customer to eat it).

I don't understand how this happened as I specifically chose 'Bay' as my default printer. :cry

Just did that Andy. Thanks for the quick response. I guess I thought I selected Bay, but ended up selecting EZ. Will fix that.
