Have you ever doubted the work of Ivan Pavlov and his dogs? Well don't.
So my wife and I are determined that this time we will not make the mistake of feeding dogs human food, and we are being fanatically good about it. Except for one exception: when the pups are with me and I go into Tate's, a local bakery and coffee shop for coffee, I buy a tiny "animal cookie," little butter and sugar confections shaped like animals, and break it into teeny pieces for the pups. Well, now I cannot walk past Tate's without having to drag the puppies. And, if I get go of their leashes by the corner, three storefronts down from Tate's, what you see below is what happens. :rofl

Thanks - 12-and-a-half weeks on the left, 16-and-a-half on the right. Eloise, on the left, will never catch up with Banjo, on the right, who quite obviously is not destined to be the "mini" he is supposed to be.ne_nau.gif

    BD,

Banjo looks very similar to our Riley. He's a half long, half short hair that has turned out to be a wooly. We had never had Dachshunds before these guys and have really fallen in love with them and their personalities.

Riley on the left, Linus on the right.

What gorgeous pups! A wooly? So thick but not really long coat?

    Thank-you!

It's a bizarre mix of short, glossy hair like a smooth, mainly down the center of his back and everything else is long, fine, downy hair. You can see a bit of it on his right shoulder.
