How to I get SmugMug photos to my iMac?

    Hi, do you mean downloading photos from your SmugMug account back to your Mac?

    Yes please. I'm trying to learn the method using my new iMac. I'm used to Windows. I also need to know how to imbed a photo in a forum using the Mac. The menu is different in SmugMug on my Mac.

    1. to download a gallery, use our bulk gallery feature here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/backups

    2. To embed a photo, the easiest way is to use our share>get a link>embeddable links feature

    Thank you for your help. I emailed SmugMug Technical support and got a great, quick response with the same links you gave that solved my issue. I'm loving my iMac more each day and use it much like my iPad, constantly. I'm awaiting cross platform swaps of my Photoshop CS5 & OnOne Picture Perfect Suites to get my photography up to speed on the Mac. I can't wait. This 21.5" monitor is AWESOME!
