Login from another computer

I cannot login to smugmug while Im on my sons computer, under his name. We also cannot login using his computer and the assistant password. I can login to smugmug when Im logged in on my AOL account under my name. My Ipad can login to smugmug with no problems.

We have deleted all cookies, still not able to login.

Hi, can you please list the browser you're using on y our son's computer, and confirm that you are going to www.smugmug.com and trying to login with your valid email and password? Also, does that computer and browser have cookies enabled (must). If the problem persists please write us we'll help http://smugmug.com/help/emailreal

I sent off a smugmug pro question late last night. Woke up to the answer in my email. I had to list smugmug as a "allowed site" to use cookies. Privacy tab, then look for allowed sites, add smugmug to the list. Thank you so much!
