bad uploading troubles

Uploader not going so good. Several times now, I have gotten several pictures uploaded to the gallery "Will" (which already had 3 pictures in it to begin with) and they are uploading so slow. Then when I refresh the page, I am told there are no pictures in the gallery- see screen shot!!! I created a brand new gallery, then because all of the pictures were gone (I created the new gallery after I tried refreshing the page many times, with the same results of the pop up that no pictures are in the gallery). I am using a Mac and I have tried both uploaders, MacDaddy and using the upload button straight from my smugmug site- both are giving me the same results.

The only thing I have done differently lately is downloading a free app "SmugMug Mobile" onto my droid, and I had to log in to it earlier today to use the app. Would that be causing this problem, even though I am trying to upload from my Mac right now? What do I do?

    Looks like one of my galleries, I renamed it and now all photos are gone and I tried to upload the pics again, but than I see SmugMug is having issues again. It's been a rough week :(

    We're in Read Only mode while we address a site issue. Everything will come back, promise. Sorry for the hassle.

    I was just developing a new gallery also, and all the images are missing. They each show on the recent photos section of my home page but won't come up in the new gallery. In fact, now I just get a blank screen when I click on the gallery, or the thumbnail on the homepage. Never had this before, but after all the troubles I have uploading lately, it's discouraging

    Please try now.

    The other issue you had was due to your custom domain not being properly set up, and we fixed that for you thumb.gif
