Is Smugmug down?

Log on is taking forever and Lightroom plugin is working poorly. I tried disabling the plugin and then re-enabling it for LR 3 and now I can't get it to work nor can I seem to log in successfully.

Whenever I try to authorize my computer I get an "Assertion Failed message" from LR 3. Ugh!

I am very mellow but this is starting to slowly get me down. I am trying to upload pictures but I can't because the site is in read-only mode again.

I am tired and going to bed. Hopefully it be sorted in the morning.

Just normal, we have a backlog of images - we'll get through them and processing will be fast again.

images via custom domain broken?
Is the problem related in any way to custom domains? My images are coming up directly through my smugmug url but not my custom domain. The rest of my site is coming up ok from smugmug via the custom domain, its just the images not loading.

No Brian, your problem is that your domain isn't properly set up. W announced changes a long, long time ago, tried contacting everyone, and finally shut down the improperly configured domains. Explained here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=141333 and please write our Support Heroes if you need help, happy to assist.

Thanks, it was a 30 second fix, all better now. I don't think I ever got a notification about that (nothing in my email archive), easy solution though.

We emailed, we put on system notes, notes on login, Dgrin posts, blog posts we've really tried hard to reach everyone over the years
