not working again

Earlier this evening I started a thread about uploading new pictures and my galleries showing that they were empty. Andy answered back that the site had gone into read only mode and that all was fixed. I checked my gallery and he was right, all was fixed.... or so I thought. I have a client that is telling me that the gallery is showing up empty!!! On my computer, it looks just fine. I had my husband check on his computer, and it is showing up empty there as well!!! How do we fix this and how long will it take?

Still not working Here is what my client said: "It's really weird, I'm getting the same screenshot as below on all of my computers (I've tried Firefox, Chrome), my phone, my iPad...". She is still not able to see any images, but instead is seeing a gallery that says their are not any images in it. This gallery has had images in it for over a month and has not had any problems until I uploaded 4 images this evening.

Everything is fine in that gallery, and it's showing up just fine for us in all browsers - please write us if you experience this still, or you can also have your client write us and we'll troubleshoot what's going on directly with her. [url]Http://smugmug.com/help/emailreal[/url]

I just sent her an e-mail with your reply. As of 2:55 this morning, she still could not see them. I also just checked again on my husband's computer and the gallery is showing to be empty, so I'm pretty sure she won't see them either. My Mac (using Safari) shows the gallery to be full, with 47 images.

So strange- I am told by my client, that it is working now. They had been showing up all along for me on my mac, but not on my pc.

One new problem now- I have just been told by another client (the one that goes to the gallery that I asked you about yesterday afternoon- gallery titled "Will") that she cannot see any of the images of him on the blanket! THis is crazy! (That is the only other gallery that I uploaded to yesterday). I sent her an e-mail asking her to check again, as maybe she just need to click to go to the second page! I don't know! I'll let you know when she responds.

She says just the images with the blanket are missing, so that would be #16 to the end. Should be 24 images total in that gallery.

I can see it while logged out too. I'm just waiting to hear back from her on whether she can see them. Just so strange from 2 different clients within 2 days, and both galleries were the only ones I uploaded to yesterday. Like I said though, maybe she just hasn't figured out to click "Next" to go to the second page! I told her to try that, and I'll let you know either way if it is working for her.
