Questions re Milford Sound in New Zealand

We are going to have a couple of days in Queenstown, New Zealand soon and plan to go to Milford Sound. Knowing that there are dgrinners living and traveling in various places on this planet, thought I would ask if there is cruise/bus combo that you might recommend with photography in mind? I've read a bit about Mitre Peak, Real Journeys, and BBQ Bus.
Haven't had time to process my photos from the recent trip to California, but very much appreciated the input dgrinners gave me for that trip. We did get to Ballard Canyon north of Solvang and to Joshua Tree National Park thanks to your help!
