So I already uploaded this shot to the gallery, & afterwards thought maybe it would look better if I combined shots - it was a Mr. Wildcat pageant at the local high school (fundraiser for KAY - Kansas Alliance for Youth) & the dance this kid did with the black lights was just hilarious! Anyway, C&C please

I like the couple better than the stick man. It says Rush to me more. I am not certain about the halos. Steam might be good.

Thanks for the comment Whatshesaw - not real sure what to do, as there were 2 comments on the one I entered in the gallery already. Almost hate to replace it - it seems to be the only one entered so far that is meant to be humorous, but if this one is really better . . .

Here's the couple - actually me & hubbie - been wanting some updated photos of us for a while, but both of us would prefer to be behind the camera instead of in front of it! So I had to use remote release & time delay (very short wire on the remote).

Had never tried steam before - not sure if it worked - what do you think?

I think I prefer just the gradient to the smoke/steam.

It's hard to decide which to enter. So much comes down to individual preference. It seems to me that funny doesn't do as well in the challenges as serious. I seem to be in a minority in that regard. Stick man is definitely unique.

I prefer your gradient only shot of the couple but have no idea which one - stick man or this - would do better for the challenge.

Edited after seeing these on the monitor: Much prefer 3a over the others for this challenge.

Stick man is cute... but when I saw the first version of this, I thought you nailed it. I really like this one.

Thanks for the responses - I'm not much of a negative space shooter, so it's a little out of my comfort zone - & the reason for the x3. My original thought was the silhouette entitled Emotional Rush, but the stick man opportunity presented itself, so I guess I'll just run with it! Thanks again
