My first bugs and flowers

I purchased a 100mm Macro about two weeks ago, and while I don't really care for bugs or insects all that much I came across these willing subjects on a weekend hike. I have no idea what any of them are. :dunno

Criticism welcome and appreciated.

All look very good captures to me esp for a macro newby. Good focus, light and composition.
#1 looks like a stable fly and #2 is a Bee fly
