Are Moo.com and Smugmug Interacting?

I have been trying to make a few business cards for the last hour or so and I keep having the same problem.

I am logged in under azimuthphoto@gmail.com I am going to our West Construction Gallery and I choose a single image to add on the card. When i go to the next step it keeps saying Image Unavailable regardless of which image I choose. I tried it on another computer and it did the same thing. Any ideas?

I also can no longer use Google Chrome to upload photos to Smugmug. Did smugmug update or Chrome?

Prez, you can upload via Google Chrome using our html5 uploader - try the "try a different uploader" link and choose HTML5.

For the Moo Q, write our Support Heroes and give a direct gallery link so we can assist. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Andy. I wrote the Moo people and they gave me some ideas and I think I figured it out. I'll post that in here.

For Chrome I did try the different uploader and both the HTML5 as well as Java stopped working. I am using a Mac and wasn't sure if it was just an update or if some of my settings changed or something?

As for Moo heres what they told me and it was very helpful as my gallery was Unlisted! Although I have used it multiple times with Passworded galleries so that one works "sometimes".

There are some limitations when using SmugMug with MOO:

    * Albums will not be displayed if:
    1. The user has put a 'password' on it
    2. The user has marked the album as 'Unlisted'
    3. There is no printable content in it (see below)

    * Images will not be displayed if:
    1. They are not printable content (Yup, sounds obvious, but Smugmug does allow you to upload all sorts of files, including videos)
    2. It has been marked as 'Hidden'

Please write our Support Heroes - we fully suppot macs and chrome and the html5 uploader. I'm using it right now on my Mac.
