What exactly does thumbs down do? I hit one by mistake on a stellar shot and couldn't undo it. (Sorry to whomever) But what exactly is this for? Is it a method of reporting inappropriate material? I know there is a fine line on what is acceptable and not with some people, but I'm referring to the obvious here.
