Album Download Error

ARGGGGGGhhh. I put my $15 individual download price in the album spot by misstake. Now I have sold a client 1,000 images for $15!! On the other end they don't want 1,000 images of other people, they want the three they were trying to purchase. Finally heard from a hero and it was sorry nothing we can do about it. Seems like smug should be able to wipe this transaction out with a couple clicks.

    We have it handled now. The cc charge is being cancelled and my client will dissregard the download email which will effectively cancel the order. I corrected my pricing error and she will now order the three images she was after. I will go through her shots and pick out a few of the other good ones and send direct to her as something extra for the hassle.

    Learned my lesson on the album pricing. That is a dangerous pricing feild for an event photog.
