Knowledgable business card developers?

I didn't know where to post, so please let me know if there's a better place for this to go.

Alright, so I've started to design a simple business card using Adobe Illustrator, but I can't get the color I want in my card. I want a bright lime green (not the whole thing, just a portion of the card).

I know about CMYK and RGB and the limits of color after converting back to CMYK, so I don't need an explanation of that.

I'm more so just asking if there is any way to design a business card with the colors I want, or if I have to use a dark color just because?

Oh and when I say lime green, think smugmug's - face

you can have the right color as long as 1 your monitor is color corrected for print proof and 2 you use the right CMYk color.
