X-rite colorchecker passport camera profile profile

A while back during a studio shoot I was introduced to the x-rite colorchecker passport. After that shoot I ran the software and built a profile for my camera in those conditions.

I know you need to shoot the colorchecker every time the lighting conditions change but what if the conditions are very similar.

Let me be more specific, if I create a camera profile for a sunny day at the beach, do I need one for a sunny day in grand canyon for example?

Thanks

I have built profiles under similar daylight conditions and I can not see any difference on my monitor when I use the two profiles. However when I have gone from a daylight profile made in northern latitudes to one made in an area closer to the equator I can see the difference. Must be the amount of atmosphere the light is passing through.
When in doubt I shoot a new profile - better safe than sorry. It is difficult to go back afterward and get a profile. If I was shooting at the beach and at the Grand Canyon, I would shoot two profiles just to be safe. I would be concerned about what the reflections at a beach would do to the color.
