how to add an "email me" tag to gallery description in basic account

I tried WuFoo and it was absolutely futile...the theme colors wouldn't blend with the default smugmug gallery and after typing in the fields and sending myself a test msg the field remained blank with a wufoo logo...

no thanks...

there must be some simple code i can insert in the gallery description field that will show a single SIMPLE "email me" tag.

can someone help me?
