This is a wonderful street shot. I like the interaction that you have captured between the two. There are also interesting supporting details including the bullfighting pic and the sitting woman. I am glad to see that the shoeshiner's shoe is shiny...

Awesome Shot, Richard. This one really captured a lot of expression and story. Nice! thumb.gifthumbthumb.gifclap.gifclapclap.gif

The bullfighting pic was a pleasant surprise to me in post...I hadn't noticed it when shooting. Another detail that probably only Spaniards would notice is that the guy in the background is walking into a lottery sales outlet.

    Hi RIchard,
I didn't know he was going into a lotto place, but I thought he was walking by lotto results.

Add me to the list of people that really like this.
I love his hand written self advertisement:)
The woman on the stoop (begging?) seems to be enjoying the shoe shinners and customers interaction.
Great all around shot, form subject matter, to comp and processing.

Thanks Joco and Liz. The woman was, in fact, a beggar.

Lots to look at in this one Richard. The bullfighter is a great addition.
