Black Arts Theme

This theme likes to fade out and back in. I like the background and everything about it besides the fading thing. How can I stop this fade in and out when opening the page?

    Hi, the theme doesn't have any fading in or out built into it, I'm sorry. Is there anything wrong with your monitor? ear.gif
