How do I change the writing underneath MATT PRIESTMAN PHOTOGRAPHY to say what I want it to. I don't want it so say all the "Photo hosting" stuff. I am a Pro level user so I should be able to do it. I just don't have any idea how...

Go to your control panel, Settings tab, Search Engine Settings & Optimization, click on Change. Enter what you want there.
