the whitlow grass has bloomed. I've got a small carpet of it in back and when I was down low shooting, I noticed their wonderful smell. Like tulips. hard to believe from such tiny flowers. The mining bees were loving them -

I'm so pleased with this one because focusing with a legacy lens at this magnification is really hit or miss since I have to stop the lens down beforehand. Yay me.
