Some beefly shots all taken in fairly strong natural light. In the second shot the beefly would not settle and the animated sequence shows what it was upto (dust collecting to camouflage it's eggs).

Thanks - not quite continuous shooting - was shooting single shot mode and taking a shot every .5 to 1 sec.
