Thought we had once a thread about contracts, but maybe I'm just dreaming

Any advice, questions, thoughts?

I just recently visited a website and downloaded their sample contract:

see a lawyer. That's the best thing you can do. They make sure there are no loop holes. At the end of the day a contract protects both you and the client. You should NEVER take on any work of any kind without one.
