Windows 7 = no loading, no slideshow on home page

I had to buy a new PC today. It has Windows 7 (:cry). I can't see my slide show on my home page and I can't use the loader I've always used. I use to be able to drag and drop files. Now the only loader I seem to be able to use in the old faithful...which is a little tiresome when you're doing hundreds of photos.

Any suggestions?

I'm using IE 9.

What's really strange is I was able to see my homepage slide show until I tried to load pics. When I did the first upload attempt the pc tried to install the controller thingy it needed, but it didn't work, and that's when I lost my slideshow as well.

I'm stumped.

I reset IE, and everything seems to be working now...
