Epson "Signature Worthy Sample Pack" in Europe?

Hi,

I've been looking all over to find a dealer in Europe who sells the
above mentioned paper sample pack. But can't find any. Epson
Germany told me they were not selling these packs directly
and I should ask local retailers to see if they carry them which they
obviously don't ... nobody even offers them on ebay or amazon which
is strange as well.

Any ideas?
