    2 bare monolights (7" reflectors) on white bg ~ softbox on each side of subject, and overhead stipbox for hairlight ~ socked BD high camera right in front

    This worked fabulously and I like how you only got one nice catch-light in her eyes from the BD...

    "socked BD" = Beauty Dish with a white diffusion cover over it, IE: the sock.
